Our Sevices

Aside from Parts and Equipment and Manufacturing, RF Bakery Equipment Ltd. also offers the following services to the Vancouver Lower Mainland and surrounding areas.

  • Regular Service – Service completed between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Overtime Service – Service completed between 4:30pm to 8:00am Monday to Friday and all day Sunday, Saturday and Holidays.
  • Preventative Maintenance – A service program performed (usually quarterly) on a piece of equipment to lessen the likelihood of it failing. A technician will verify proper operation of machinery, check all belts, chains, pulleys, switches, timers etc., and grease & lubricate all machines as required.
  • Oven Calibration & Gas Analysis – A technician will calibrate the actual and set temperatures of the oven(s). A gas analysis will be performed to ensure the unit is operating at the maximum efficiency.
  • Bakery Appraisals – Our qualified salesmen are able to assess your equipment value and provide an appraisal of your bakery.
  • Production Line Assessment – When is it time to automate a step in your production line. Contact our salesmen for cost vs. value assessment of your current procedures and the automated equipment that can replace manual methods.
  • Equipment Refurbishment – Looking to add a few years to your equipment? As long as replacement parts are available for your unit, we can refurbish your equipment and give new life to its electrical parts, mechanical parts and even give it a new coat of paint.
  • Bakery Moves and Renovations – Our service team is able to meet your needs moving or renovating your bakery.

A Note regarding Travel Time:

Travel time is calculated as follows:

  1. If dispatched from our office the time required to travel to the bakery is calculated from the time he is dispatched (or physically leaves to the call) to the time he arrives at the bakery. Return travel to the service provider office is also charged on the invoice.
  2. If there are no technicians available and the technician is dispatched while he is on another service call then the travel time is calculated from where he receives the call (once the previous service is completed) to the bakery. Return travel to the service provider’s office is also charged on the invoice. If technicians are dispatched to another service call (without returning to the service provider’s office) then there will be no charge for return travel.
